The host is very responsive. The apartment is in a basement so there is some mustiness but other than that it is lovely. Good location except parking was tough for us and we had to carry our luggage a couple blocks. One thing is that I wish they provided laundry detergent.

Great location and clean. But this is a basement apartment and like many basement apartments it can be musty and very humid.

This location is an excellent option for a family/group trying to visit Chicago downtown while still staying somewhere you can experience the hometown feel of the West Park area. The ease of traveling directly from O'Hare, onto the cta blue line, and having a station only a <10 minute casual stroll from the home was a big seller for us and we didn't regret it one bit! The area and station felt very safe to walk around and with even some activity towards the late night hours outside. The hosts themselves are very responsive, provided plenty of amenities, and very helpful with answering any questions. Special mention on the provided water pitchers, hair dryer with diffuser attachment, and cozy living room. We'll definitely consider this location again if we ever come back to visit!
