What a great space and location! The apartment was just as the photos showed. Clean, plenty of space for the two of us. The rooftop deck is a fabulous perk with plenty of seating. (Neighbors are close, but that’s city living). Secure location with a coded door to gain access to get to the apartment entrance. The location cannot be beat! Was perfect for the two ball games we went to. Lots of restaurants, bars, grocery store within blocks. Faves: Toons, D’Agostino’s (tavern style pizza). If Wrigleyville is your destination, this should be at the top of your list!

Convenient to Wrigley and the CTA. Management was easy to contact. All necessities were in the unit totally comfortable. Minor detail-bathroom needs a new shower head.

Great location and loved the deck. The place was clean and well appointed but it’s a pretty noisy spot and the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Location and it was clean. You can hear everything that goes on outside. We would wake to hear the neighbors just talking.
