The location was excellent. Good neighborhood and quiet. Rooms were nice and furniture was in good condition. Parking is the only challenge if someone takes the free spots in front of the building, then you have to park further away in the neighborhood, but again it’s reasonable giving the big city and the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Jay’s apt. It was a great location for getting to Wrigley field, close enough to walk but not so close as to be disturbed by all the hustle and bustle that occurs in Wrigleyville.
The apartment itself was very clean. All lights, appliances, faucets, etc. worked as expected. The beds were comfortable and enjoyable to sleep in. There is nothing like falling into a nice, crisp clean bed after a hot shower and a long day walking the streets of Chicago. I could easily do that here. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great neighborhood and very easy to walk around. Very safe, many great restaurants, close to Wrigley Field, Music Box Theater, lots of national brand shops, and great coffee shops. The Little Goat and Ella Elli were our favorites!
Jay was super responsive and his place is perfect for baseball at Wrigley

Very quick and responsive to our request for replacement light bulb. Delivered with special complimentary treat. Cozy living room with electric fireplace. Updated kitchen with modern conveniences yet maintained old architecture. Comfortable beds and peaceful surroundings. Convenient location walkable to Wrigley Field, restaurants and train L station. Easy checkin/out. Would definitely stay again.
