Our spacious 1-bedroom condo has room for a couple or a small group of friends looking for a weekend getaway to Tulum. We designed the space with a modern aesthetic with a zen twist.Neighborhood Description
Our beautiful condo is located at Aldea Zama development, a modern gated community located about 0.8 miles from the beachfront and 3 mi. from Tulum ruins. Driving time to Chichen Itzá is about 1 hr 45 min. From Tulum you can also visit Cobá, these ruins were the last to be discovered and thus the best preserved today, driving time about 45 min. There is a bike path which goes from Aldea Zama to the beach, the ruins and town, many restaurants within biking distance, and a large supermarket (Chedraui) just 5 minutes.Building Amenities
Paramar Viva has the largest rooftop infinity pool in Tulum with peaceful views of the jungle. The Palapa Rooftop Sky Bar has an infinity pool, both a hot & cold jacuzzi, lounge seating, & hammocks for relaxing.The building has 24-hour security with an on-site concierge to help you with building amenities, calling a taxi, booking a massage, or renting the on-site bicycles. We also provide an onsite property manager who can help you with the apartment and any other questions you have about Tulum.
If you like to exercise on vacation, the building includes an air-conditioned 2 floor gym with cardio machines, weights, and an area for yoga & stretching. There are also bicycles on-site that you can rent for free from the front desk with an ID.
To relax, head to the spa where you can enjoy the sauna or a massage. Or head to the outdoor movie theater in the lobby to watch the latest film. (Check with the front desk for the movie schedule)
As a guest at Paramar Viva complex, you will also have a 10% discount on food/drinks for the IKAL Beach Club with the beach club card.
You can access to beach club daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and the restaurant from 8:00 to 22:00.
Things to keep in mind
Aldea Zama is a growing development, with construction going on everyday but workers and construction companies will respect guests privacy and comfort at all times.Also please note that Tulum is located in a tropical area right in the jungle of Quintana Roo, so mosquitoes, insects, birds and even small animals are natural fauna of the region. We have screens installed on doors and windows but expect some mosquitoes around the area.
Power outages can occur and internet connection could be unstable specially during extreme weather conditions. Battery backups are in the apartment to make sure the internet doesn’t cut out during an outage.
