The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is designed to transport you to the lush jungles and sandy beaches of Tulum. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bunk bed, while the third bedroom also features a queen-size bed. The living room is bright and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and unwind. You’ll love the handmade macramé wall hangings, woven baskets, and other beautiful textiles that add a touch of Tulum to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table seats 8 people and is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a jungle-inspired dining experience. Outside, you’ll find a large deck that is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a meal al fresco. The deck is surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, so you can easily spend your days swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, lounging on the sand, or exploring the local shops and restaurants.Neighborhood Description

Arriving in Crystal Beach from Houston:
Guests can take a free ferry from Galveston to Crystal Beach.
Alternatively, you can enter from the East and avoid the ferry.
Once in Crystal Beach and at the property parking is provided in the driveway for personal vehicles. The entire peninsula can be traveled with golf carts which can be rented from nearby shops.

- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- Quiet time after 10 p.m.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- No pets allowed.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows.
- Report any damages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages will be reviewed and must be paid by guests if severe.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
