This large 2-story condo can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It’s an ideal choice for first time Chicago travelers, couples, business travelers, or those coming into town to visit DePaul.Our apartment also features three dedicated office workspaces, providing the perfect place for remote work.
The Space
Our space is designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your stay in the city. It’s only a 1-min walk to the North/Clybourn Red-line stop and a short 10 min train ride to Wrigley Field or to downtown.
The living area is furnished with contemporary decor and offers cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It’s a perfect spot to gather with friends or family and enjoy each other’s company. In the Summer/Fall, the rooftop deck is the best place to watch the sunset over the Chicago skyline.
The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare your favorite meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or simply prefer the convenience of home-cooked meals, you’ll find everything you need here.
The three bedrooms feature comfortable beds (one king and two queen beds). You can expect a peaceful night’s sleep in our cozy rooms. Additionally, our apartment offers a clean and well-maintained bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

Neighborhood Description
Our apartment is located on the border of Old Town & Lincoln Park, nearby to shops, bars, and restaurants. With the Red-line train stop is a 1-min alway, you’re never far from nearby conveniences or delicious food and drink options.
A leisurely 20-minute walk will take you to Lincoln Park, where you can take a stroll through the park or in the Summer enjoy the local Green City farmer’s market on Wednesday/Saturday mornings.
With a 15-min walk to the heart of Lincoln Park, a bustling neighborhood hub known for its array of trendy eateries, coffee shops, clothing boutiques, and world renowned restaurants. Whether you’re looking for a cozy café for your morning coffee or a gourmet restaurant for a special dinner, Lincoln Park has you covered.
Similarly, the heart of Old Town is a 15-min walk in the other direction. In Old Town, you can check out a comedy show at Second City or hit up a lively bar for a late night out.
Getting around
Transportation options available in Chicago include North/Clybourn Station, located 0.1 miles from our apartment and it is near Chicago Midway International, located 12.8 miles or 22 minutes away, and Chicago O’Hare International, located 15.7 miles or 25 minutes away journey from our doorstep.
Shopping malls, movie theaters, fitness centers, trendy bowling alleys, and popular grocery stores permeate this lively neighborhood. Just five miles from downtown Chicago, DePaul houses DePaul University, the nation’s largest Catholic university with notable alumni. The college town feel brings in a wide variety of residents, and there’s no limit to great restaurants and shops around this neighborhood. Visit the home of the world famous French toast flight at Batter & Berries for brunch, or try the city’s best tapas and sangria at a classic Chicago spot, Café Ba-Ba-Reeba!
